Shape – Black Widow Bushings sorgen für einen absolut unverzögerten, sofortigen Dive und progressiven Lean.
Das Center ist ein wenig schwächer ausgeprägt als bei einem Barrel Bushing, aber etwas stärker als bei Cone Bushings.

Höhe – Die Tall Serie ist 0.750″ hoch und passt damit perfekt in Ronin, Bennett und viele andere Achsen, welche Tall Bushings benötigen.

Bushings – Diese Bushings haben ihren Beginn als in der Form eines perfekt ausgehärteten Stabes, aus einer hoch-qualitativer Urethanmixtur, dem RiotThane.
Anschließend wird auf einer Drehbank der Außendurchmesser, mit einer überragenden Precision, eingestellt. Danach wird das Kingpinloch, mit der selben Präzision, maschinell eingearbeitet um zu gewährleisten, dass dein Bushing tight auf dem Kingpin und dabei perfekt zentriert mit dem Außendurchmesser sitzt. Schließlich werden die Bushings abgetrennt. Diese hohe Präzision sieht man nicht oft bei gegossenen Bushings. Das und dir RiotThane Formel macht diese Bushings so besonders.
Durch das besondere Herstellungsverfahren kann Riot mit einem nahezu perfekten Produkt überzeugen.

Riot Bushings Standard Barrel

Das Standard Barrel Bushing Shape von Riot bietet dir ein gutes Gleichgewicht aus viel Stabilität und Wendigkeit mit einem guten Rebound (Widerstand welcher den Hanger wieder ins Center drückt).

Passen in die meisten RKP Achsen wie z.B. Paris, Caliber, Bear, Randal uvm.

Typisch für Riot ist das sehr hochqualitative Urethan und dass die Bushings auf einer Drehbank gedrechselt werden.
Letzteres bedeutet sehr geringe Toleranzen, also sehr hohe Messgenauigkeit, die man selten bei gegossenen Bushings sieht.
Diese Bushings sind also hochpräzise und genügen höchsten Ansprüchen!

Riot Bushings Standart Black Widow

Shape – BlackWidow bushings give you instant dive and great progressive lean. The center is a little less defined than a barrel’s but a little more defined than a cone’s.

Height – The standard series of bushings is 0.605? tall and fits perfect in Caliber, Bear, Paris, Randal, and many, many other trucks! This is your typical RKP size of bushing.

Bushings – They start as rods of our perfectly cured, high-quality blend of urethane we call RiotThane. They are then turned on a lathe and profiled to very a precise outer diameter. We then machine the hole in the bushing, keeping our tight tolerances, to ensure that the bushing fits SNUG on the kingpin and is perfectly concentric with the outer diameter. Lastly, we part the bushings off to tolerances often not seen in molded bushings. This ensures very precise alignment of the hanger on the baseplate. With the bushings being machined, we can guarantee a near perfect product every time.
