После очень позитивного отклика на подвески Zealous Downhill Slalom мы решили слегка обновить их, сгладить некоторые элементы и добавить дополнительную ширину. Эти Zealous Downhill Slalom V2 разработаны специально для гонок и быстрого фрирайда.
Передние и задние «вешалки» и опорные плиты были спроектированы так, чтобы оптимально работать вместе, обеспечивая максимум сцепления, но при этом позволяя удерживать плавный контролируемый слайд как на цепких колёсах скоростного спуска даунхил, так и на фрирайд-колёсах.

Дизайн передней вешалки основан на наших классических Zealous Trucks, но с большим количеством рейка и обновлённым посадочным местом для бушинга, что делает их чрезвычайно манёвренными и контролируемыми на скорости.
Задняя вешалка также имеет большой рейк и лёгкое положительное смещение кингпина (основного болта подвески), обеспечивая лучшее сцепление и контроль в поворотах. Посадочные места под бушинги разработаны так, чтобы сопротивление увеличивалось по мере наклона, что делает их очень комфортными для быстрого фрирайда. Zealous Downhill Slalom Trucks — Set

With years of testing, tweaking, and trial we are finally releasing the Zealous Downhill Slalom Trucks. These trucks are designed specifically for racing and fast freeriding.
The front and rear hangers and baseplates were designed specifically to work together to get as much grip as possible while still being able to hold a smooth controlled slide on grippy downhill wheels or freeride wheels.

The front hanger design is based off of our old school Zealous Trucks but with a bunch of added rake and adjusted bushing seat making them very nimble and controlled at speed.
The rear hanger also has a bunch of rake and has a very slight positive kingpin offset allowing for better grip and control through corners. The bushing seats were to designed to have progressive resistance the further you lean making them very comfortable for fast freeriding. The bushing seat also has a soft stop to help keep you from wheelbiting.

Die neue und bessere Version der Cuei Precision Spacers besteht nun aus rostfreiem Edelstahl, was sie unglaublig Robust und langlebig macht. Es ist nahezu unmöglich ihre Dimensionen zu verändern durch Gebrauchszeit.
Rostfreier Edelstahl benötigt keine Anodisierung-Beschichtung, denn es ist an sich ein oxidations-resistentes Metall, mit anderen Worten, diese Spacer halten ein Leben lang. Cuei hat ihr Logo mit einer Laser-Gravur aufgebracht um sicherzugehen, dass du deine Spacer nicht verwechselst und Verlusten vorzubeugen.

Die Cuei Wheels Precision Spacers werden mit einer Genauigkeit im Micrometer-Bereich (ein Micrometer = Ein Tausendstel Milimeter) hergestellt, was deutlich über den üblichen Anforderungen im Milimeter-Bereich liegt. Die hohe Präzision sorgt dafür, dass sich jede Bewegung zwischen der Achse, dem Wheel und den Kugellagern absolut gleichzeitig abspielen. Ever since we relased our first precision truck we have felt the urge to create something more suited for everyday riding. A truck that makes the most out of any type of cruising, commuting or freeriding.
After over 10 years of precision truck and board manufacturing we have found a formula that puts a smile on our face.We have chosen to call the formula Kahalani Cast Precision since it features elements from both precision and traditional manufacturing.

Precision machined pivot
This is the main feature of the truck. All experience we have gained from making trucks and running a shop has made us understand that a snug fit between the hanger and the baseplate plays a large role in how the truck performs. On this truck both the pivot pin and the pivot cup is precision made. In other words they’re made for eachother.

Virgin grade aluminum casting
We use high quality virgin aluminum to make sure the casting meet our standards. This type of aluminum minimizes the risk of bubbles and other flaws in the construction.

Double hardened cr-moly axles
The axles are made of cr-moly steel that is hardened twice. This type of material has excellent strength to weight ratio and minimizes the risk of bending the axles.

50 degrees baseplate
We have chosen to go with a 50 degrees baseplate on the first version of the truck. By this it can handle all types of conditions.

Venom 90A bushings
The bushings from Venom secures a smooth transition from one turn to another and adds a lively feel to the ride.

Faced Hangers
The hangers are faced for a good fit between the inner most bearing and the axle.

Grade 8 steel kingpin
This grade of steel is very durable minimizing the risk of you bending or breaking the kingpin
